Am I buying the exact arrangement that I am viewing online?
YES. We believe that the arrangement that is delivered should be exactly like the arrangement that was ordered. When the arrangement arrives it will be in just as you viewed it online—same rose color, same box size and same box color. Since we source the highest quality roses and rose sizes may vary, quantities may vary. However, we guarantee that each arrangement size has a minimum amount of roses to achieve our signature Pavé full, lush look. We may add more roses if current blooms are smaller.
Do you have arrangements for other flowers besides roses?
Roses are the most classic of all fleurs. Currently Pavé arrangements are around the tradition of giving roses. We plan to create limited edition, seasonal designs with other flowers as well as they Mother Nature makes them available to us. Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to offer our customers the most accommodating experience possible. Please understand that once an order has been shipped, we would not be able to change or cancel the order. If the wrong address was entered, our support team can help redirect the order to an updated address with FedEx.
Orders are expedited to maintain floral freshness. If your order has been placed but not shipped we would be happy to accommodate your request. Please Contact Us.
Where do I choose the vase for the roses?
Our exclusively designed packaging allows bouquets to be beautifully displayed right in the box, no vase needed. Our unique water reservoir allows the roses to receive the proper amount of water daily with no need to refill or replace water.
Are your roses fresh? How long will the arrangement last?
We work only with fresh florals – never with artificial, long lasting or dyed flowers as they can contain carcinogens and toxins harmful to your health. We guarantee that our arrangements will maintain their fullest expression of beauty for a minimum of 3 -5 days after delivery. With added care, arrangements can last as long as 5-7 days. Once the fleur life begins to fade, the arrangement can be discarded and the gift box saved as a keepsake. We do not recommend displaying dried or preserved fleurs.
How soon will my order arrive?
We offer complimentary FedEx Overnight shipping on all orders. As long as you place your order before 4 p.m. that day – your arrangement will arrive to your recipient the next day. No signature required. Please note, due to restrictions with the FedEx Overnight service we are unable to deliver florals on Sundays or Mondays.

Please ensure your recipient will be available to open their Pavé package before placing your order. Pavé is not responsible for packages left unopened for more than 1 day.
There may be rare exceptions where Holiday delivery schedules and weather conditions affect our shipping program. If there are delays or damages, we will do our best to replace your arrangement as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of fresh florals, we are unable to accept returns.
If, for any reason, your arrangement arrives in poor condition or you are unhappy with the experience, please Contact Us and we will send you a new arrangement immediately.
Do you ship to all 50 states in the US?
At the moment, we are servicing all of California. Nationwide Coming soon – please check back with us.
What does Pavé mean?
In the jewelry industry, pavé refers to gems that are set very close to one another so that there is very little metal showing, as if the piece has been "paved" with gems. In floral arranging, a pavé arrangement is one where the designer trims off leaves, cuts the stems fairly short and places the flower heads very closely together.
Our signature pavé style of flower arranging gives the finished design a lush, luxurious look. Instead of being light and airy with long stems, leaves, filler plants and few flowers, the pave style is dense, clean, tailored, and sophisticated.
What is the meaning of the Pavé rosette logo?
Our trademarked logo is designed as the fingerprint of a rose. We believe in appreciating nature’s beauty and imperfections. Each rose is unique in its own beauty, size and shape. As such, we do not focus on the quantity of roses per arrangement but rather their quality and the overall luxe look and feel of your floral display.
Is Pavé recyclable?
Yes. At Pavé, we care about the Earth. We take great care to source our flowers from sustainable farms all across the world. Our custom designed packaging was designed with our environment in mind, all parts of the packaging system can be recycled once the fresh fleurs begin to fade.
Where do the roses come from?
We use only the most premium roses that come to us directly from sustainable farms in Ecuador.
Can I set up a recurring fresh floral arrangement to be delivered daily, weekly, monthly or yearly to the same recipient?
